It's funny how we all go through life not really noticing the changes, and then I find myself paging through old albums or staring at Emma watching herself dance in the mirror or Caibryn watching herself cry in the mirror, or Reece learning how to swim butterfly and then I realise that I don't enjoy "the now" enough or as I should.
I recently heard about a mother I know who's 3 year old had a heart attack at shool, she received a call to say that he was dead and needed to come quickly, in short they were able to perform CPR but his brain didn't recieve enough oxygen and his condition is very serious at the moment.
I'm sure she had no idea that this would happen when she dropped him off at school, how could she.
And so I say - We need to spend our days creating memories with the people we love, it doesn't matter if the butter is put in the fridge so that you can't use it in the morning cause it's so hard, it's not that big a deal having had to unblock the bath and basin drain for the 30th time cause Caibryn wanted to see how well wet loo paper fits instead of a plug! and it really doesn't matter when the toothpaste is blocked with hardened toothpaste because someone forgot to put the lid back on - Because when we sit back and think about it, these people - these important people we have and love so much in our lives might not be there in the morning.

At 4 days old, don't you think she looks like a really cute mamazet - with alot less hair...lol! I thought that she was absolutely gorgeous.
